I am a Europe based civil engineer with a comprehensive construction management experience from Europe and the Middle East. I aim to deliver state of the art project management solutions with innovative approaches in management of multi billion construction projects.
I have gained extensive international experience as a Project Manager (Construction), Project Controls Manager (Resources, Cost, Time Schedule, Claims, Project Procedures), Engineering Manager (Profit Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Headcount Reduction, Automation & Robotics), Construction Supervisor, Project Engineer, Structural Designer, and a CAD lecturer during my career.
From 2002 to 2006 I was employed by the Perini Corporation, as the Project Engineer at the security upgrade of the American Embassy in Prague - the Czech Republic; And as the Program Controls Engineer in Iraq and Kuwait on two major Iraqi reconstruction programs with value of USD 850 million to restore 400kV power lines, electrical substations, and rehabilitate 40-300MW gas turbine power plants, damaged during the war in Iraq.
From 2006 to 2007 I was employed by the Hill International, who was the project manager on the Bawadi project in Dubai, as the Project Controls Manager. Bawadi is a USD 26 billion hospitality and tourism development with the world's largest hotel. I led an international team of engineers and specialists who were responsible for the project controls.
From 2007 to 2010 I was working for the Lighthouse Group, a property developer, as the Project Manager on the Green City residential project in Prague, Czech Republic. This USD 80 million project consisted of 17 buildings with total of 440 apartments. I was responsible for the project from its preparation phase until its successful commissioning and handover to the clients.
Since July 2011 I have been employed by Partner in Pet Food, who is a key private label pet food manufacturer with 11 production facilities in EU. I am responsible for management and implementation of key projects in these facilities. Besides the civil engineering I’m involved in the profit improvement projects, labor reduction, robotics & automation, lean manufacturing, production cost reduction, development and commissioning of new production lines.
I am self-motivated and successful in meeting project schedules on time and within budget. I have worked my way through the ranks and have developed a very thorough hands-on knowledge of the construction industry in Europe, America and Middle East. My strong points are my leadership qualities, team work, organization and IT skills, problem solving, and human relations.
